How Do I Return A Product?

Merchandise becomes the buyers property at the point of shipment. Please inspect merchandise thoroughly and note any damage on the freight bill. A freight claim must be filed with the carrier immediately. We cannot file a freight claim for you. Notify the carrier within 24 hours of receipt of merchandise for concealed damage.

No returns accepted after 30 days of purchase. Please call for return instructions, provide copy of invoice and reason for return. To be eligible for return, merchandise must be in new and unused condition as determined by Bolton & Hay, Inc. Merchandise returned without prior authorization will be refused. All returns must be sent freight prepaid and are subject to inspection for damage or misuse prior to issuance of a credit or refund. Merchandise may be subject to restocking/freight charge based upon the condition of the merchandise or factory policy. Custom merchandise and food products cannot be returned. Returns resulting from Bolton & Hays or factory error will be picked-up at our expense.
